Billed despite cancellation
On April 21, I cancelled Digital Preferred and received an email confirming the cancellation. My estimated monthly bill was correctly listed as $0 (I have a group account so I don't pay for my basic plan directly). Despite this, I received a bill on April 29 for $31.43 covering Digital Preferred from MAY 13, 2025 - JUN 12, 2025. I've been in touch via Xfinity Assistant three times now and can't get the $31.43 removed from my bill. The Xfinity Assistant tells me I won't have to pay the $31.43 due on May 19, but I'm uneasy having this charge still on my account. And, there is no way to save chats to have a record of this assurance. What should I do? Do you recommend waiting until May 19 to see whether I get a late payment notice? Is there any way to remove the charge before May 19? Thanks
