Billed after cancelling

I received an automatic charge this month, but I cancelled service on 7/31. I see my statements show the charge and then another -$67 charge coming up; will this $70 charge be refunded?

If you were charged after the account was cancelled, and there is a refund owed, we will send details to the primary email on file with steps to receive the refund. Typically, the refund will be available within 30 days of cancelling the account as long as all equipment is returned and off the account. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns.
