Billed after cancellation

Hi,

So I cancelled my xfinity service on 12/31/2025, and on your site and app it shows that my plan is disconnected. However, why am I being billed for the 1/2/26-2/1/26, when I don't even have that service anymore?

Hello @user_0m1uxk, Thank you for reaching out on our Community Forum. When it comes to billing it takes about 30 days for that final bill to be generated with the correct amount if you do owe anything based on the prorations. I can take a look at the account if you would like but it sounds like that final bill has not generated yet.

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it.
