Billed after cancellation

I have two emails from May 11 2023 stating that my internet service was cancelled. I was unaware I was still being charged for this service after I cancelled it due to moving to a location where your service is not offered. The bill increased $30 October 2023 as well and I could not see where any changes were requested either. When I realized that I was still being charged I went in person in April 2024 to resolve this issue and was told they would cancel my account and that any refund options would have to be through support. This is the best option I could find for getting help on this but I am looking to have a refund from the date of cancellation to the last charge.
