I'm having the same issue.. Just received a bill through 2/8 after returning my equipment and cancelling my account on 1/11. I am not able to cancel my method of payment inside my account. I cannot get through on the help line. I have initiated a dispute transaction with my bank.

Depending on the requested completion date and proration, this can happen, but it might be best for us to take a closer look. I see that you've already sent us a Direct Message.
