Billed After Cancellation

I called customer service to cancel my Xfinity Internet starting 08/01/2023, and I also promptly returned any Xfinity device and kept the receipt.

Yet Xfinity is still trying to charge me for the service period starting after my cancellation date. I read enough horror posts about Xfinity to know how ugly this can turn into. So please, immediately correct my bill and close my account.

I do not want to have this fight but I will if I have to.

Click the "Direct Message" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 Press Enter to send it
