Billed After Cancellation

I cancelled my Xfinity services at the end of July and was told I would have to pay my final bill in August and pay for the monthly equipment rental until I turned the equipment in. Not only have I been charged THE FULL BILL after cancelling, but they actually increased the price! I didn’t know because my account was on autopay, but they apparently never even cancelled the service!!! I’ve been getting charged $166 every month for service that my xfinity account clearly shows I haven’t been using, this is ridiculous and I am livid. I do not want a credit. I want my money, except rental charges, fully refunded because this is scamming.
