Billed after cancellation

I cancelled my Comcast service and was just billed after being told I would be refunded for the extra I had paid. Not sure what’s happening but I can’t afford random $80 charges out of nowhere.

 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
