Billed after canceling

For years I’ve had to go back & forth with customer service about the mobile balance appearing after I’d cancelled the mobile service, they removed the balance after many phone calls & now it is on my credit report.  Needless to say I’m cancelling the entire account, I’m not healthy enough to keep up with this
