Billed after canceling service

@user_b38552  Thanks for submitting a post on our Community Forums. Does the received bill show for the next bill cycle, or showing the account has been closed? It is common for the bill to have already been drafted and available after the cancellation was made. You will receive a final bill statement to reflect the account's closure and any remaining balance or credit to have the account paid up to the disconnection date.
