Billed after canceling service

I cancelled services for end of July, returned all the equipment, and I’m still being billed for services. I tried calling customer service and they weren’t able to help, and kept pushing for me to pay the bill (for the services I never had or used). Can someone help or explain what the issue is here.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:

  • Click "Sign In" if necessary
  • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
