billed after cancelation
I had Comcast Xfinity Internet.
I stopped using it around Aug 27, 2025.
I tried to cancel and was forced to schedule a callback on Sept 4 or 5 2025.
During the callback I managed (or so I thought) to cancel all my Comcast services (Internet).
In the original bill Comcast had also added some bogus amounts, which were supposed to be fixed now.
Today (October 5 2025) I looked into my account and I am still enrolled in the Internet plan.
And the bill keeps growing, almost $300 now, for a service that was not used since August 27, 2025.
Dear Customer Support better fix this issue and stop harassing me with bogus bills.
I have legal insurance and the next step will be to get my lawyer involved.
