Billed $100 Installation Fee

Hi there.

We got a notification from Xfinity to swap TV box. We got the new one and couldn’t get it work. After all hours on the phone and multiple tech supports  with no success, finally they said to send a technician to home with no charge.

The technician replaced some old parts outside of my house and the issue was due to these parts. The technician also told us there is no charge for the appointment. So I do not understand why Xfinity charges us $100 installation fee for that tech on site visit on my next bill. Please get rid of this charge. Thank you for your attention.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
