Bill?

Hi, I signed up for Xfinity 500 Mbps internet in Boulder, near the University of Colorado Boulder. My monthly bill was $36.39, including taxes and fees ($35.00 plus $1.39).

My latest payment on October 16, 2026, was $67.16, which is much higher than my usual bill.

Could you please explain exactly why my bill increased? Did my promotional discount expire or was an additional charge added? I would also like to know the expiration date and original terms of my promotion.

I would appreciate it if you could restore my previous monthly rate of $35 before taxes, or offer me a comparable promotion for 500 Mbps internet.
