Hello @user_qcfito, and thank you for reaching out to us today over our Xfinity Community Forums. We can understand your concern about seeing a $10 increase on your bill. There are a few common reasons a bill may change, including the expiration of a promotional discount, a rate adjustment, changes to equipment or services, or taxes and fees.

You can review the details of any bill changes directly on your statement. Look for the "News You Can Use", "Important Account Information", or "Your Monthly Charges" sections, which explain upcoming price changes, expiring promotions, and any adjustments made to your services. Comparing your current statement to the previous month's statement can also help identify exactly where the increase occurred.

To view your statements online:

Sign in to the Xfinity app or at xfinity.com.
Select Billing.
Choose Bill Details or download your PDF statements.
