Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.

Greetings, @user_3n9b9r! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this billing inquiry. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Can you please tell me a little more about what happened? How long was your bill at the $75.00 level? Was this part of a promotion that provided a discount for a predetermined number of months (12 months, 24 months, etc.), or did you recently sign up for a new promotion that was supposed to be $75.00 per month?

If you did have a promotion in place, you can always tell when the promotion is supposed to end by looking at the third page of any past billing statement that was issued at the $75.00 rate. There will be a text box on page 3 titled "Regular monthly charges" with a section toward the bottom in green writing, sometimes labeled "Contract Discount", indicating the length of the promotion, amount of the monthly discount, and the exact day that discount will be ending. Here is a link on how to view your bills in PDF format online https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/viewing-your-bill-online-ecobill.

If you have a discount that recently expired, or will be expiring soon, we should be able to find you a new discount to replace it. On the other hand, if your discount is still in place for a few more months, but your most recent bill is higher than usual for some reason, there may be other charges that need to be investigated. Please let me know, and we can go from there.
