Greetings, @user_btikhd! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about this billing issue. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.

Under normal circumstances, when you switch to a new promotion, your most recent bill will not change immediately, even if you went from $90.00 per month to $50.00 per month. That $90.00 bill will stay in place until your next bill goes out the following month. That first new bill, after the promotion was added, should actually be a little less than $50.00, since the $90.00 bill did not change the month before.

With that being said, if you already switched to a new promotion last month, and your next bill after switching was still $90.00, then we may need to investigate. If you could send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.
