Hello @user_ybe1it Based on the even $30 jump it appears that a promotion you had most likely expired. That would be my assumption without seeing the account. In this case you can visit Xfinity.com/planbuilder while signed in and view promotions available to you. Otherwise, if you'd like us to look at some we'd be happy to do so.
