I ended my service and didn’t pay so it got sent to collections and I’m trying to see how I could pay it?

Thanks for reaching out. If your past-due payment has been sent to collections, you can pay it directly through the third-party collection agency or through Xfinity by calling 1-800-XFINITY, visiting a local Xfinity store, or signing in to the Xfinity app with your username and password if you still have access.
