user_azshn0 - Hello, and thank you for joining us here on the Xfinity Forums! I’m really glad you reached out—you're in the right place, and our team is here to help. I understand how frustrating it can be when you’re unable to access your account, and we’ll work through this together.

To get a better idea of what’s happening, can you walk me through the steps you’re taking when trying to sign in?
In the meantime, here are a couple of quick options that may help:

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it here:
https://www.xfinity.com/password
If you still know your password but want to update it, you can do that here:
xfinity.com/password

Let me know what you’re seeing on your end, and we’ll take the next steps together to get you back into your account.

I did reset my password but it tells me I’m not authorized  to go any further. I have tried for 3 weeks to get on my account. One lady told me I had to ho to comcast.com and she said I have a password work but I have never set up a password. I am going to have to cancel Xfinity because I can’t even see what all I have on my account or how much.

@user_azshn0 For concerns with logging in, our Customer Security Assurance team (CSA) can further help. They are able to verify your identity and get your User ID or password fixed. This link shows their contact information and hours, https://spa.xfinity.com/contact-us. They are wonderful help and will have this fixed quickly! They handle account security for our customers and company.
