Thanks for reaching out to us as a customer myself, I understand having the best price for the services I love and need. To see what changes may have happened with your monthly billing,  a great tool is to use our awesome Xfinity app as you can view the last 12 months of detailed billing statements that will outline the detailed charges on your account.

I sounds like the bill going from $55.00 to $65.00 is due to auto pay up originally being set up under your checking account which gives you a $10 discount, but if you change the to a debit card or credit card or turn the auto pay function off you'll lose that discount.

If it's not the auto pay discount then you may have the discount that's partially expired

Also, if you made any changes to your account in the middle of your billing cycle you could have what's called prorated adjustment credits on the account, which could be the reason why your bill was $45.00 at one time.

I highly recommend jumping on our awesome Xfinity app,  going to billing details, view detailed billing and view the PDF files of the last 12 months.

Let me know if you were able to review the billing statements and if you have any questions or concerns?
