Bill

I made several calls and spoke to 2 different people about receiving a bill after I had canceled services and I made sure to cancel BEFORE the new billing cycle because I was told i wouldn't have another bill but I kept receiving bills anyways. The 2 i spoke to told me not to worry about the bills, that my account was just not closed out yet and to disregard anything that I got. So I did exactly that and NOW I have a collection agency calling me telling me that I owe $500 to xfinity!! Are you serious right now?! I was with xfinity for a very long time and had so many issues with my service and now you want to [Edited: "Language"] when I no longer have your services too?! This is fraud
