Good morning I would like someone to call me back today to discuss an email I received yesterday regarding an overdue bill. This is Not overdue as I am setup with automatic payment. I’ve had the same issue last month and I am Not happy, and I am very close to canceling my service with Xfinity after being a loyal customer for ten years.

@user_k7v8r1 Thank you for taking the time to reach out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. Our team would be more than happy to take a look at the account and assist you on this platform. I can definitely understand the concern at getting a past due balance notification when you are set up with automatic payment. Have you already logged into the Xfinity app to look at your most recent bill, as well as confirming the previous payment was deducted from your account? I know I've seen where the automatic payments fail, which can cause a past due balance.
