Hello, @user_casyuh all billing changes are reported on page 3 of your bill statement. Do you receive paper statements or use the Xfinity App like I do? The app is great you can pull up PDFs of your bill statements. Simply click the purple "manage billing" button > All statements then choose the bill you would like to review. Do you have Xfinity Mobile? Those bills can be accessed similarly. Simply click the purple "Xfinity Mobile billing" button > All statements then choose the bill you would like to review. It will make you log in to mobile to see the statement. Please let me know if further assistance is necessary.
