@user_9d67ic thank you for reaching out over Xfinity Forums. You've contacted the right place for assistance regarding any billing questions/concerns you may have. From experience, higher billing usually is due to a promotion roll off or one time charges (technician visit, data overage, prorated charges, etc). A great way to check on the increase is to log into your account either online or through the Xfinity App and you can view your statements, we also notify 1-2 billing cycles when promotions are set to expire.
- Have you checked your statement and noticed a one time charge or promotion roll off?
