Bill

I had internet Essentials and  Xfinity canceled it. I was told that I'd be charged $9.99. I paid that for this month. Now my bill says I owe $30.00 something. I can't afford that. Why do you think I had internet essential in the first place. Plus why should I be charged so much when the internet goes out every 5 minutes. You make it so difficult to tell Xfinity your problems.
