I have disconnected the service more than 3 months ago and did not owe anything, but xfinity did not stop billing me monthly, and now I have been receiving calls from debt collection agencies bec of this.

The concern is not "E-mail" help related......... Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
