This is a great question. Automatic payments can take up to 45 days to start after signing up. Our Xfinity App is free to download and is a great way to see your payment history as well as your bills. Our website at https://www.xfinity.com/overview has the same information if you prefer to use the web. Log in with your primary username and password. 

Signing up for our text alerts is also a great way to receive text message for your payments when they’re received we also send an email as well. This information is also in your Xfinity account which can be accessed online or through the app. I have a link to share with those steps and some text commands you can use to receive your balance and more through text https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/comcast-alerts

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
