Hi there, @user_dyzwgt I hope you get better soon! I do apologize, we do not have a way on this forum to send you a copy of your billing statement. I understand that you not able to access your billing statement online, are you not able to log into the Xfinity APP or not being able to access your billing statements?-Richard
