Bill

Why has my bill for the next month doubled from what I always pay? I have not changed any services or subscriptions and my bill is going from $50 to over $100.

Thank you for reaching out and creating a new post. I see you had a question about your bill, and I'll be help. The Xfinity App is also a great resource to find out about any change to your plan, promotion, or rate. I understand your most recent bill is larger than expected, but you didn't make any changes.

If you check your bill for June (last month,) under Regular monthly charges you will any alerts about upcoming billing changes in green font. Can you pull up your previous bill and check if there was any updates there?

It appears that I was receiving a service discount for both internet and xFi Complete for the last 24 months, ending this current month. I do not believe I use xFi complete as I only utilize the internet service. Do you know if there is a way to get these service discounts again?

Sure, I can gladly help. Keep in mind the Xfinity App will also allow you to manage and update your plan after your promotion ends. You should see an option to update/change your plan when you login. You must be a primary user or the account manager to have this type of access. You can learn more about our user roles here https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts Have you had a chance to view our offers online?
