Xfinity offers flexible payment arrangement options that allow you to pay off a past-due balance on a date while allowing you to enjoy your Xfinity services. If you need more time to pay your past due balance – and if you’re eligible for our flexible payment options – you’ll see a card when you sign in to your Xfinity account with the option to set up a payment arrangement with Xfinity Assistant. Click Chat for options. In your chat with Xfinity Assistant, select Set up a payment arrangement.
Xfinity Assistant will explain your payment arrangement enrollment options. We can help check the balance and review flexible payment options too! Can you please send a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”? To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.
 
Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
