Why did bill jump from 214…to 380….I didn’t change anything and when I took unlimited..I recognize I did and put it back on unlimited

@user_5c5a78, I know how important it is to stay on top of your monthly billing amount. I would be more than happy to take a closer look at what exactly is going on with the bill on our end.

For future reference, if you log into your account to view yourXfinity bill online you can open up the statement history and load a PDF version of your bill. This works on mobile as well as a computer and will show you the detailed line by line items which make up your bill to break down the differences for you.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Peer to peer chat" icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message.
