Bill went up without notice

This month bill went up by $20 just like that, no explanations and no notice!

I want the old plan back and a refund! This is unacceptable.

Your promotion/contract probably ended which is why your bill increased.  Notices of increases are found within the notes on your billing statement one or two statements prior to it taking effect.  You won't get a refund.

I appreciate your response, but this is not the case here. I checked all last 3 bills before it bouonced up and definetly no notice.

I don't see why I will not get refunded - they HAVE to let me know before they take more money out of my pocket!!!

I ask of a Comcast rep to contact me (their call center is of no use..)

Hello YY2020. We appreciate you visiting and posting on our Forums.  Sudden increases in fees are usually at the end of a promotional/ discount period. Regarding promotional discounted offers, We offer an introductory discounted rate for the first 6 months, 1 year, or 2 years depending upon the offer. After the introductory discount period offer expires, the price does automatically change to what we call Everyday Price or regular rate. I can help research the increase in your monthly bill. To get started, please send me a private message and include your full name and service address so I can assist you. To send me a private, message click my name (ComcastJoeTru) to view my profile. Then click "Send a message" and private message me.

The worst experience ever. My bill went up the second time while my best friend is still paying the same rate and while other competitors are offering cheaper rates I was lazy enough to stay with them until I lost my job. I went online looking at some great deals so i call customer rep. He was a scam and a shame to comcast he tried to RIP me off by offering inflated deals which were higher then deals advertised in my account. The next min I cant see those deals again luckily I took a screenshot. The rep made changes so that he can RIP me off and make changes as I'm a salesperson my self and I noticed what he did. Totally disappointed I no longer wish to do business anymore. At this point if my bill is not lowered I'd prefer to get better services at a cheaper price with at&t or Verizon.
