My bill went up to $65 without any explanation. Please advise.
Do you read your billing statement beyond how much you owe? If you look at the notes on your billing statement it should tell you why your bill increased. Check out the previous statement for the reason.
@user_23n5qm, hello! Thank you for your post. Have you had a chance to review your bill as @Again mentioned? I also recommend checking an older statement as your monthly statement lists the date the contracts and promotional discounts end.
I have internet only and my promotional discount isn't up until 2026 and yet without explanation, my bill was increased by $3 on my January statement. I am furious and would like an explanation.

This doesn’t surprise me. My gig speed went up to $113 a month. I just spent nearly a solid hour in chat getting the runaround about promotions I was told about a week ago that would start on January 31st. Those don’t exist apparently. I had to chat with 4 different people with Indian names that clearly have no clue what customer service is. It’s starting to feel intentional to prevent you from ever getting anywhere.
If you start your own thread with the issues you have, you're liable to have a Corporate employee help you with it.

Concern moved here to the Billing help section for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
