Bill went up by $40

Help. My bill just went up by $25 because first first year of the promo is done. Then it went up about another $15 due to the increase in taxes in fees which is going to affect everyone. I can't afford a $170 cable bill. Please let me know if there are other deals I can get or I'm going to have to cancel my service that I have had for 40+ years and go to other providers. I understand you have deals to attract new customers but you should be able to help your longtime customers as well.
