Bill went up $30 but service has been so bad

Bill went up $30, It is now $120 when I started It was $70, I get the one year ends and It goes up and It did to about $80-90 now it’s $120! For very bad internet service It didn’t even used to be this bad until my bill went up? How does that make sense to pay more for non working services? I’ve been sitting trying to watch tv for about 40 min now but nothing will load. I had to disconnect my phone to even get to this page?! I have room for 12 devices on my internet and only have 5 connected so make It make sense? Definitely cancelling my plan. Very very ridiculous.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
