Bill went up $20 per month without warning

I noticed my current bill is $20 higher than it has been the past two years of service. No warning, just a price increase. Tried to use the Xfinity assistant which was useless. Can someone from customer service explain?

Hello, @user_qn0m18 how are you? It sounds like you had a 24-month promotion that expired. Have you reviewed your discount details on your billing statement? You can access your statements using the Xfinity app or from www.Xfinity.com. You will see "Regular Monthly Charges" in purple font and under that your discount details will be in green.

Are there any new promotions you can apply? Or am I now stuck at this increased rate?
