Bill went from $85/mo to $130.
I'm a veteran and customer service couldn't help. Is there a plan closer to my original $85?
There is another option in my town called Connexion that I can switch to.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary

•Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
