Bill too high

Hi, I’ve been a customer for many years, but my monthly bill has become too high. I’ve noticed competitor rates are lower, and I’m considering switching. Are there any discounts, promotions, or options to lower my bill while keeping my service? I’d like to remain a customer if we can work something out.
