Bill Too High

 I have been a customer for 40 years.  In February my bill will be going up for the Triple Play to over $200.  I am going to have to cancel my service and do what many others have done and use streaming services for my TV.  I called and spoke to an agent.  She was difficult to understand but I think she said I have the lowest price available.  She did say I do not have an early term fee so I am free to cancel my services.  I don't understand why only new customers get deals while those of us have been paying for many years can't get any good deals anymore.  Its very difficult for a Senior on limited income to pay Comcasts exorbitant prices these days.

I am not marking this as resolved.  An Agent offered me servies for $190 which is still too high. I'm going to go ahead and cancel my services and use other providers.

We also have had Xfinity for years. We are on a promotion which was supposed to be $153 till April 2024. Now the taxes and sports fees went up so Now our bill is $170. I called and was told by Raya that part of the promotion will end 4/23 and it will go up to $181 is we get another yes contract if we don't our bill will be $190. I have called multiple times no other options were offered. The internet and TV prices aren't to bad but the fees and taxes are unrealistic. We give up and are forced to look for other options.
