Bill sent to collection

Bill was sent to collections. Account should have a credit. Went to Comcast store, they said to do chat, chat said to call 2 different collections numbers (1 didn't work and other was suspicious).

Now getting calls from what appears to be a scammer 888-266-2278 claiming to be Xfinity tech.
