bill reduction

My bill just went up $29. I originally signed up for 1000mps.  Somehow I have been charged for 1200mps for the past year.  With that added cost, my bill. is $129.  That is much to much for 1200mps.

user_pfq8v2 Thanks for posting on our Community Forums. You can always refer to the billing statements to view any change in your plan or when a promotional rate would expire. You can easily access the last 12 months of statements as PDFs right from the billing section on the Xfinity app/website. You can also manage your plan there to see if another offer would help to keep your bill down within your budget.
