bill reduced

On 1/5/26 I call Comcast 888-934-6489 I was trying to see if I could get my bill reduced I talked to an agent he offered a price $175 which I agreed to an approved the request that evening when I turned on the tv I lost everything except a few local stations, I also lost our land line. The following day a comcast tech stop an told are best way to get everything up an running was to accept offer he would contact comcast he stated not to argue with the rep on price or anything for she will just hang up any thing price ect that can be corrected at comcast store WE lost our grandfather package an could not get it back we never told about this from any agents on 888-934-6489 the store price was $28 higher than are 1st billing 2026. when i got home i called the 888 number the offer was a little less than are original billing which I accepted the same as the 1st offer it never existed also my landline phone is still not working I would like to have my original statement reinstated with grandfather clause back since all these errors are on Comcast thankyou
