Bill Received Years After Cancelling

I haven't had Xfinity/Comcast for several years. I just received an email bill. When I logged back into my account after retrieving the lost password (its been years), I can't access any billing information. 

I'm concerned this is fraudulent billing or collections activity, either by you or on your behalf.

I had to login to post here, so that user name is associated with my account (address etc.) - your system is down and not allowing me to log in / or send a direct message. Please do some of the leg work for me - you sent me the fraudulent bill.
