Bill raised. Customer service impossible to join

My subscription has been raised with no warning of 25 dollars, and the customer service is impossible to reach. 
Anybody knows how to reach them and why they keep doing that with no notice every once in a while ?

Good afternoon @user_blicqb, and thank you for reaching out on our Community Forums, we appreciate it. We definitely want to try to be as transparent as possible with our billing. It sounds like you may have had a promotional discount expire. We do list promotional discount expirations on your monthly billing statement under the 'Regular monthly charges' section,' typically found on page 3 in green lettering. 

 

Rest assured though that I understand how stressful bill increases can be and our team is happy to help look into new promotions with you to see how we can help get your bill back down. To get started, can you please send us a Direct Message with your first and last name along with the service address on the account?

To send a "Direct Message" ("Private") message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

  • Click the "Direct Message chat" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list which appears. The "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it
