@user_nqfaws Welcome! And no, we would not expect you to pay for any services that have not been used. If you have received a statement, please know your balance will be adjusted once the technician completes the installation.
We do bill ahead about a month (once your account is active and services are installed) then you may receive the first two statements a bit close together due to that billing however, after that you will see these normal as once a month only.
