Bill Question

My autopay Xfinity Internet bill is coming up and bill is higher than what was discussed in Xfinity chat support, I did fill out a consent and chat agent said that this deal was successfully applied on January 16. Please correct. If you need screenshots and chat transcripts. I will gladly send.
