What happened to the 10 day grace period before late fee

@user_oy9dr9 Great question! We've never gotten rid of the payment grace period, however, some accounts don't necessarily get 10 days. It all depends when the account was set up and when it falls into the appropriate billing cycle. That being said, you can always verify that information on each of your monthly statements at the top of the page. As long as your payment is posted to your account before your account goes past the next month's Bill Print date.

 

An example would be your account's payment due date is requested on the 3rd of each month. If your account's Bill Print date is on the 10th, you would only have 7 days of grace before your account would see a late fee if your payment was not posted in time. I hope that information clears things up for when grace periods are on your Xfinity account!
