I'm trying to pay my Now mobile bill online, howis it that the payment is not being received by you?

user_5d29dw I know that has to be frustrating. To pay for NOW Mobile, you can use a debit card, credit card, or prepaid card. Your subscription will auto-renew at the start of each billing cycle, and the first payment is due on the day you sign up, covering your first month of service. After that, all future payments will be automatically deducted. If you need to update your payment method, you can do so through the NOW Portal, but you must pause and unpause your service for the changes to take effect.
