Bill payment help

I don't get paid until the end of the month and I need help with a payment plan until then so my service don't get turned off please

Hello @user_7d00gs Thank you for reaching out to us. We have a few options for this assuming the account is eligible. We have one time payment arrangements or installment plans for past due balances.

Both options have a self-service option through our Xfinity chat but if you want us to check the account for eligibility for either or are having trouble setting them up, we'd be happy to look at the account.
